Sharpen the tip before use for a fresh and precise application every time. Use light pressure when applying. Use the fine tip for precise lines and use the side of the pencil for shading. To extend precise lines, use an angled or flat liner brush. To smudge or diffuse, use a firm, shading brush. For larger areas of color, sketch using larger strokes and blend using a firm, shading brush. If layering shades together, blend before it sets.
