Norwegian raincoat poncho in black (women's) - NWT

This is "imported" from Norway. I bought online and can't return - NWT. Rain ponchos are the thing there, so I wanted one too. It's one size fits all but the sleeves are a tad short on me (I'm 5ft10). I think that's the style but I'm hoping to buy a different brand the next time I'm in Norway. Really nice quality and a great way to look stylish while also staying dry. Elegant and practical. :)
