luluandblueco @alyssab27266 Hello, the size would depend on how high the piercing is on your nose. The gauge is how thick it is. 20g is standard, but if you would like a smaller daintier size for a small nose you may want to try a 22g or for a whisper thin size 24g. I have both listed.
