chiefgirl @neorn1965 I have 4 all together. The boxer is the oldest he’s such a sweet boy he’s the one that got me into loving dogs & being so involved. Then I have the brindled they are Pitt/Boxer now I speak up god Pits bc they get such a bad rap :(. The other one we don’t have anymore but replaced her w/the same breed which is Lab/Border Collie the one we have now is darker brown & a male. Dogs are amazing

forestthrutrees @chiefgirl yes that is true about pits rep. However, as a non prof trainer and rescue volunteer I am totally aware now that it’s the owners who make bad dogs. Any breed can be made bad and any breed can be made good. Dogs are a big responsibility and if one can’t afford all the treatments and vet bills and meds then I wish they wouldn’t get a pet. That’s why rescues and shelters etc are so full. Sad sad sad. Makes my heart break. But anyway, I am Robin, nice to meet a fellow dog lover

chiefgirl @neorn1965 omg you’re so correct!! My fab is mainly got me to share animals in shelters/rescues. I can’t have any more dogs but whenever these ones pass (hopefully a long time) I’ve decided I’ll foster to help out. I like dogs more than people they are way more passionate love able and reliable. forestthrutrees @chiefgirl lol CeCe I know about the human vs dogs thing. I much prefer my dogs. I also fostered and the fawn female picture number 2 was a foster and the Brut picture number 3 was so abused as a puppy (I started fostering him at 6 months old) that I couldn’t adopt him out. He is 5 now and much better but still afraid of so many things. So the fostering had to end. Thank you for all you do regarding shelters etc. we need more or you. 😘

I’m a huge advocate for neutering & spading animals & it blows my mind how ignorant people are on the matter or their views just drives me crazy.

forestthrutrees @chiefgirl amen sister on the altering. SMH you breed to improve the dog breed and to show. If you aren’t showing you don’t need to be breeding. MO of course. The “oh your dog is so pretty we should breed them and have gorgeous (ack) Puppies” shelter and rescues look out. But it happens and will continue, I educate as often as I can. Many many people get very angry when I ask why their pet isn’t spayed or neutered. Sorry. This is my soap box. I’ll get down now. 🤪
