Not For Sale: Red floral vintage peter pan collar

Very flattering new with tags, never worn size 2 dress from American Eagle. I received it as a gift and unfortunately it is a size bigger than what I normally wear:/. I'm 5'3 and the overall length is 33inches from shoulder to bottom.
