Not Your Average Quality Blouse!

Rarely find a cotton fabric of this quality in anything other than the top brands. Tags have been removed, but it is 100% cotton and it matches the size M measurements in this brand (see last two photos for bust and length measurements). The blouse also has exceptional details: button up back, embroidered bodice, bell sleeves with a fabric and lace ruffle and pom pom fringe at the cuffs.
