This is a NWT dress! It's a 50's pinup style and a great polka dot/striped print. It's colors are pale blue, greys black and white. I bought this at a sample sale so it doesn't have a care label but I know it has 100% silk panels in it so dry clean only please! It measures 40" from shoulder to hem and the waist is 28". It also has a hidden side zipper.
