anscloset @ros513 I waited for this in the mail and when it came I was very excited but this isn't want I was told regarding the condition of the bag. I just want to point out that the right side of the bag is very damaged. The left is nice and smooth but the right looks like it was squished or something. I own a a few Chanel so I know over time this tends to happen but you told me that it had a recent "make over" with no damages. This is very noticeable and I'm not happy at all! You can see yourself what the left looks like compared to the right. I already opened a case with posh and will return the item. I don't think it was fair that you did not disclose the side being damaged
