emd2017 Hi @boutique38570, I’ve just posted a photo of the necklace clasp. Still can’t figure out how it opens! What am I missing?

emd2017 @boutique38570 nothing in the bag. Do you have any other Loft necklaces you can compare the clasp to on your end. I should have checked the clasp day 1 but there is no way to open the necklace.

boutique38570 @emd2017 I don't. I can see an easy way to fix it. I'm wondering if somehow the circle that's supposed to go to the clasp got scrunched into another circle during shipping. Do you know anyone who crafts? They might have the tools to do it. Otherwise your welcome to send it back to me to fix. Or I can give you credit towards something you like in my closet.
