My advice to have a great experience is to follow all Posh rules, and follow and share other Poshers' closets as well as your own. If you do these things, you should have no problem making new friends and sales! Also- never give out your email on Posh, among all the lovely ladies are a few scammers. jkahle @katz2 Hi! As veteran Posher and one of the first people to welcome me to Posh and offer me advice.....can I ask you a question? Does the seller of an item have any recourse if a buyer opens a case as "item not described?" I sold a red purse and now the buyer reported the size of the item is different than the size in the listing. I had about 4 photos of the purse. I did not list the actual size of the purse. The buyer submitted an offer which I accepted. The following afternoon she asked for the dimensions. She had never asked any questions about the item prior to that and I informed her I had already mailed the item out. Now I am feeling like I screwed up and that it is not worth the hassle. As a buyer, I make sure to get my questions asked before I commit to a purchase. Sorry to vent, and maybe this is not appropriate to do or the place, but just looking for some advice. Thank you in advance.

katz2 Hi Jeanine, the best you can do is state your case to Posh Support. Send them the photos of the item listing with the description. You can also state she made an offer which you accepted based on the listing. So sorry this happened.

katz2 When you are in your closet, go to the Support Center, there you will see Contact Posh Support. You can send them an email. But, if you received an email from Support regarding the case, can you just reply to it with your pics and info? I'm a little fuzzy on that, and I apologize, since I never had it happen to me.
