You can buy any brand of leather conditioner and blend it in. Usually the thicker the conditioner the better. It looks like you've lost some color here so good luck! You can always send it in to Gucci repairs and get a free estimate.

I just refreshed and conditioned my leather sofas beautifully and seamlessly. I used Rub 'n Restore on Youtube. They work on all kinds of leather and can send you a color-match leather dye if you have a swatch or send a photo. I had the same kind of wear spots as that and now you cannot tell I treated them at all. I'm pretty brave and understand color though. Good luck!

You're welcome! It really was super easy. I can't imagine paying someone. I washed the area, dipped a damp a sponge in the matching dye and lightly wiped it on. It dried in 15min and I lightly wiped with the clear sealant evenly all over. Has a very subtle sheen. Then that dried in 15min. Perfection. Looks like you would want a walnut or gunstock color? This bag is worth the effort :)
