Not rated brand knee high black boots. They also have a small heel that’s only about 3 inches high. They have chains wrapped around the lower part with bling and studs on them. Condition is good with some signs of use. This brand seems to run a bit small. Though they are a size 7 1/2, I think they would be best suited for someone with a size 7 foot, especially since you would likely be wearing socks with them.
