sharde @saritakanelucci all shipping that the seller has actually done will show on the order here on Poshmark. Go view your purchases and check the status of the item. If it says shipped. That means it was actually shipped and could be delayed by the post office. But if it still says awaiting shipment, and it's been over a week, just cancel

saritakanelucci @blacksheep_xo I personally feel and think that something should be shown on the USPS site if you sent Monday and it's going on a whole week later.. without any movement at all, I don't like to question anyone's character or integrity because I know how my character is and my integrity level I hold very high

blacksheep_xo I understand but know that I did ship out and I told you I've been in contact with USPS I just am not quite sure as to why you would cancel considering we don't know where it is as of right now or why it has not updated so that being the case how would canceling it help at all

As well as yes I've been going off your word all week and I still have not seen any movement from posh or USPS so me just purchasing from you on here and giving the allotted time frame I felt like something was not right

blacksheep_xo Well of course something is off but I assure you I shipped and am working to figure out where or what went wrong as I told you but I don't think that cancelling the order helps any considering the tracking number comes with your order because you pay shipping so if that is then reversed since you have canceled there is no longer a valid tracking number for the shoes to be tracked by and that's just a new concern considering you just cancelled today

blacksheep_xo So like you've noticed I've never had an issue before and we even talked before and I understand you don't know me but I take all sales seriously and go above and beyond for customers and don't think that I at all was not on top of this as soon as I shipped it after I was not able to at first and let you know the situation to which you kindly understood and I so appreciate!

saritakanelucci @blacksheep_xo yes you're right it only will cause more confusion with this. I got scammed before with purchases and with sales, so with this taking extra long and without any movement on my end I went with my gut (after careful research ) and did what I felt was right. Like I stated ( this is not the way I wanted to go about anything) that's why I gave it so long. I contacted posh on my end also Thursday and have not heard anything from them

I want posh to do something especially if you told them you shipped and they were well aware of the shipment then they need to answe why it's not showing. Going off of you doing everything on your part

At this point I Totally understand what you are saying I just hope you can understand from my point as well. If it's neither one of us whom has no known whereabouts of anything at this point then it's all on posh??

saritakanelucci @blacksheep_xo I have emailed posh once again I hope you did also. I also told them in the email that the funds can be taken back if the item is in route I just NEED proof!! That's it and I personally feel none of this would be going on if I had proof of my item and whereabouts...

blacksheep_xo It's 100% understandable consideringI've actually been in this position as a buyer and waiting just made it harder but I didn't cancel til I had proof which in my case once was being shown a lost package email from USPS in which case I canceled or the only other time was it showing up without any tracking ever showing but that's super rare but it's all dependent on the scenario of course but don't think I'm not seeing it from your side at all and I will get this resolved for us both

blacksheep_xo Of course I emailed them Friday and Saturday and I will again today but they do take a few days to respond but I am working to find this item because A. You bought this and as a customer of mine then I hold standards very high in making sure you are happy with everything from the pre-sale to the actual sale through shipping and even after the item is in your possession! So I'll be emailing them again

saritakanelucci @blacksheep_xo yes it does! That's what I'm trying to understand! I purchased these from you last Saturday, then I purchased another item the following day.! Neither one of you shipped on that Monday, but the other closet shipped that Tuesday and I got "item has been shipped " with details from them, but even today yours still stated "in process"!

I would be telling you about how I slayed in the item I purchased from you! I'm serious in this because i stressed to you how bad I wanted them and prayed for you to still have them available for me to purchase

blacksheep_xo I do know that one time I had the item showing no tracking posh emailed me requesting that even though it was an option to cancel to wait because the seller had sent the item out so I'm lost as to why nothing was communicated to you from them just because that's a little reassurance right there

blacksheep_xo Oh and recently I did figure out that when you sign up for my USPS online on their site, when you enter your address and whatnot in your information any package shipped through USPS, you will get email notifications and or text notifications no matter what it is

blacksheep_xo so I get my boyfriends tracking info on his stuff all the time and it's annoying cause I'm like ooh what did I forget I ordered this time?! But it's just boring guy stuff hah but just for future reference that's good too considering that may populate faster that Posh sometimes

saritakanelucci @blacksheep_xo was getting prepared for the week, my apologies on the delayed response. 1st posh contacted me on the 29th (which was Thursday) stating that "the seller confirmed they plan to ship" your .......... we will email you when your item ships! I received none of that

saritakanelucci @blacksheep_xo it also states that if it does not show that the seller has shipped within 7days you have the right to cancel! Now this is not your fault I went off what poshmark sent when you contacted them due to the shipping being delayed

I emailed them yesterday starting it off with hi for the 4th time just making sure my emails are going through (they are) but just pushing the issue that they never got back to me. Maybe they mean reached out by sending those please ship this item emails cause I watch closely for their responses
