Notice Black and Blue Cocktail Dress

Notice Black and Blue shimmer with floral print size 6. I was size 8-10 when I wore this and still fit (fits better now but was fine before also). Very flattering, it’s tight around waist area and kind of “poofs” out. Wire bra built in so don’t have to wear strapless bra. Only worn once. 100% Acetate material. Great as cocktail dress for night out or for weddings, etc
