Notperfectlinen XS Volume Dress

NPL modified volume dress. I'm the second owner. I've worn it a few times and love it. The ptp is slightly smaller than normal on this. It's JUST 17" flat. I'm a 32DD and it still fit, but it would likely not fit more than that. It would be perfect for smaller bust sizes. Total length is about 42" Includes a removable waist tie, which my petite self loved, as it helped keep me from being overwhelmed by the dress. Smoke free home. Washed in all free and clear and air dried. Low scent but not scent free.
