Nouvelle Amsale Julianna Long Sleeve Wedding Gown

Nouvelle Amsale Julianna Long Sleeve Wedding Gown size 14. New with flaws: multiple discoloration and marks. Looks like it might have fallen on a stock room floor - dirt marks. Also, lace part needs to be resewn to main dress part in the back - see pics. I tried taking photos of the flaws, but there may be more I missed. I have not tried cleaning it and it is sold as is.
