Novella Royale Maxi Skirt

Good used condition! Stretchy material with elastic waistband at top so it can stretch bigger than flat lay size. So was squeezing into this when I was a 29 (give or take). The material is rayon jersey. It’s denser and does get slightly “fuzzy” on the printed side with wear due to the material itself, seen in photos near top of skirt. No slit.
