Novelty Skirt

BNWT funky novelty circle/a line skirt with eyes and hearts and fun patterns in light blue, green, brown and black shades, it says one size fits most with no real size, it has a thick stretchy waist and a cute tie belt(just for looks) I would say fitting a size Large or XLarge best with lots of room for larger sizes.
