Nu Label cold shoulder floral halter top. Sleeves are attached at the slides - under armpit. Top of sleeves have an elastic band and are flutter sleeves. Halter has two buttons on the back. Back also has a keyhole opening. Shirt is very flowy, OVERSIZED, and soft. Looks cute tied in a front knot.
