Funky, Very special long gone “New Vintage” plaid flannel top or jacket. I would wear it as a dress with boots. Sz S. It has a zip front and then snaps outside of that. The sleeves can be worn long or they can be rolled up and snapped. It has distress here and there. Beautiful tie die 100% cotton fabric. It’s sky blue and black. Made in USA
