Hi. Omg I bought this dress from someone else but I got the medium because they didn’t have a small. This is one of my favorite dresses! I wish I never bought it from the orher person and compromised on the size.

The chart says 33 inches but I don’t think that’s right because the medium is 30 or 31”. And that’s good for me because I like short. But if it’s closer to 33” that would be too long for me..
