@pivanova and no audio so I guess i can't hear what it sounds like. that's what I'm used to, the sound indicators. like I said, I never looked at the device when I used it

@hoottrix1 no I wait for the blinking to stop and then I press the buttons. I looked at other videos of the device and it usually stays lit up and then beeps letting you know it’s time to move it. So in this case it’s not even staying lit up. I did see a video of people trying to reset the device. I haven’t tried that because I don’t want to mess with it, but if you’d like I can take a video of me trying to reset it to see if that will work.
