I work in a regulated lab on my feet all day. So I got these shoes for my 12-hour shifts, and they are SO cute while saving my feet and back! *OSHA-approved (you can check because near the SA and OSHA symbols on the label, there will be a code beginning with "ASTM", either on the box or the shoes or both) *Non-skid, non-conducive rubber soles with gripping traction on wet floors *Steel-toed *Perfect-posture heels prevents back pain *Springy, energy-returning insoles cushion the feet even after hours of standing These are brand new, still in the box. I was sent the wrong size and couldn't return them, so I'm selling these to get a new pair in my size. These are 9.5 but run slightly large - and when I say "slightly," I mean just the teeeeeny-tiniest bit in the back, so I wouldn't size down if you are a true 9.5
