New, didn't come with tags. The Morgan Factory straight leg Levi's upcycled with Kantha on the legs. Just got these but sadly they don't fit. Size 32x32 If you've never heard of Morgan. She upcycles clothing in a really cool way. She hires refugee women to help her sew. Her pieces are always expensive but totally worth it.
