OAK - Tiki Tastic Dress with lots of stretch - Appears handmade - Tropical

This dress is everything! I've worn this so many times and received so many compliments it is unbelievable! I picked this gem up when I was in New Orleans at a random alley clothes market. I wish I knew where the fabric was from so that I could have made accessories. The top of the dress is lined with a purple and black pattern of the same kind of material. It is designed to tie in the back - presumably to allow more customization for different sized breasts. Shoulder to waist: ~15.5" +stretch Waist: ~28" +stretch Waist to bottom of dress: ~17" +stretch Any/all questions are welcome (and I hope I'll have the answers)!
