IF YOU LOVE RUFFLES AND FRILLS AND PRETTY PASTEL COLORS AND DELICATE SILK-LIKE FABRIC, YOU'LL FREAK OVER THIS LOVELY SHORT-SLEEVE FIT-AND-FLARE DRESS BY OB2-12, SIZE L JUNIORS. It's gently pre-owned, in near-perfect condition, free of defects or damage, with no signs of wear. It has a surplice (crossover) bodice, a ruffled flounce around the neckline in front (picture #9), ruffled cap sleeves, a stretchy elastic waistband, 6 overlapping ruffled layers in the bottom 11 inches of the skirt (picture #10), a tie closure at the neckline in back (picture #11), a 10.5" keyhole opening below that, and a zipper on the left side. It features a beautiful floral pattern, flowers and foliage in pastel tints of blue, green, purple, and orange, against a white background. It's fully lined (except the sleeves) in white fabric. The delicate, semi sheer, silk-like outer fabric is 100% nylon. Machine wash cold gentle cycle and tumble dry low are recommended. The stated size is L, apparently a Juniors size; a regular size L would be too large for my slender mannequin, Roxy. Prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a dress that they know fits well prior to purchase. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 16.5"; waist 13", stretches to about 15"; hemline 35"; shoulder 13.5"; sleeve 3.5"; length (in back, neckline to hem) 36".
