Obagi Nu-Derm #2 Toner removes impurities and restores the natural acid-alkali balance of the skin to enable better penetration of active ingredients, resulting in refreshed and better skin tone. After cleansing, apply toner onto face with a cotton ball. Do not rinse toner off.
