OC OrderPlus Teal fringe button front wrap dress

Very unique fringe wrap dress in a pretty teal blue color. Button front close but can be left open as duster or robe style jacket. Fringe hangs off of bottom, back, and both arms of dress. Button close sleeves at wrist as well. Brand new, with tags, never worn. Silky soft material. Waist laying flat is 14” across.
