OC by OC Black/White cocktail/party dress size 14

OC by OC Oleg Cassini brand women’s strapless dress. Size 14. Bust area is black ruched silk with black and cream tiny polka dot band. Skirt is flowing white cotton with little black embroidered flower details. The entire dress is lined and features a built in bra with double elastic back closures. In the center of the neckline is a petite silky cord attached with a small loop. This can be worn untied, tied with a small bow, or even up and around the neck as a halter. Makes a fabulous summer party/vacation/cocktail dress!
