BRAND NEW WITH TAGS. IMPORTANT* the only thing of note is that the clasp is missing a hook (see picture 8). I wore this dress in a different size for my wedding (most gorgeous dress EVER in my opinion - the quality is AMAZING) and can confirm that hooking the clasp was not at all necessary. If you want to add a hook for the clasp, it would likely only be a few dollars at your local seamstress.
