OFF SHOULDER EVENING DRESS WITH SLEEVES CHIC MERMAID SEQUINS

This dress is a show stopper. I bought it for a pageant but got sick before the pageant and could not compete. I absolutely love love love this dress but won’t get another chance to wear it. The sequin pattern is eye catching and beautifully done. The emerald green color mixed with the sequins is absolutely beautiful. Elastic around the top keeps this dress from slipping.
