OFF THE SHOULDER BLOUSE DRESS

This off the shoulder brand new dress is a really cute. You can wear it a few different ways off the shoulder. One shoulder out with stretch pants or not..It has a flowing bottom and long fitted arms...it is mini length and doesn't fit tight but is very comfortable and a little loose around the midriff so it flows...Great find and it can be dressed up or down for that casual sexy look...This dress has never been worn...
