pattyshops @cosmicmoon26 Heavens! Thanks for the many shares back! By now you're probably in the middle of your exercise routine! I was doing pretty well until my Mom got sick, and being there every other 2 wks for 4 yrs. House-hunting to move closer, Mike in surgery twice, moving, and now seeing Dad as often as I can. I've kinda let myself go! But need a kick in the rear to get serious about it again, as I feel like an expanding lump, tho I eat like a bird! 😱 You're inspiration!!

cosmicmoon26 @pattyshops You have a full plate. BUT........ you are the most important as is you health. It is so important to take care of you, then everything becomes more manageable. Even just a daily walk. When I don't exercise, I experience more pain. I am going to yoga then the gym. Today I am going for my second set of back shots to qualify for ablation. I try to go in with pain

cosmicmoon26 That way they can focus on location of issue. Fun stuff but if it hurts, I try to get it fixed. I do not want to slow down. Not an option at this point.

pattyshops @cosmicmoon26 So true! If I fall apart, so does everyone else! Ouch, the back shots sound hurtful! How can you do some of those yoga poses - or do you skip the "downward facing dog" types, per my PT orders! Not slowing down is critical at this point in life & as my Dad says "I'm afraid if I stop moving, the engine will cut off". At 96, he's proving that works! Ok, calling the gym today - I need someone to give orders to get me going! Keep me posted on your back &hope they can help you!
