OH POLLY ruffle trim, smocked crop top in black size 4

I bought this top to go with the skirt pictured but unfortunately, I had grabbed the wrong size of the skirt so if you’re a 10 on the bottom and a 4 on top, lucky you otherwise selling this separately. It’s very stretchy and has adjustable straps on both the back and the top so it’s Able to fit easily It’s pictured with the tags, but I have since worn it so this is not new no tags but still new condition. I have a lot of other Polly things in my closet and Bowen tea check them out and bundle to save.
