OLD FRAMED UNDER GLASS ELIZABETH DUTCHESS OF DEVONSHIRE BY SIR JOSHUA REYNOLDS

I am not sure how old this is but probably 72 years old or older (just a guess). The piece is the works of Sir Joshua Reynolds and is of Elizabeth Dutchess of Devonshire. Both the artist were born in the 1700 hundreds. I guess that it is a print but I am not sure, under raised oval glass, edge looks to be brass with rope look edge, set in a gold colored wooden frame the area around the oval frame is a brown quilted material. Looks to be about 4 8 " or so tall and about 4" wide. Back has an paper label that says ( Elizabeth Dutchess of Devonshire by Sir Joshua Reynolds. Frame is made od light weight wood, back covered with brow paper and frame has an eyelet on both sides or loops in top for hanging. The material needs a gentle cleaning.
