Hi, to get the chest measurement, you lay the jacket buttoned up laying flat. Then you measure across the chest arm pit to the other arm pit. Then you double the number to get the chest size. I am a petite gal but have broad shoulders so I need to ask for the chest size. The number should be anywhere from 17, 18, 19. Thx!
