Sweet little peasant blouse with vertical white and blue stripes. Blouse neckline has full elastic to be worn on the shoulders if wanted. Puffy sleeves, again with elastic add to the whole blouse design. Waist has a gentle elastic encasement with an 11.5" dropped flounce. Size XL.
