Long sleeve, collared, button down shirt made by Old Navy in size Medium. Sleeves can be worn long or rolled up and fastened with built-in roll tab straps (picture 2). Beautiful green color. 2 chest pockets do not have closures. Small stains close to the front bottom hem (pictures 5 and 6), 2 more on the upper back (picture 10) and back pleat (picture 11). Otherwise in GUC with no holes or snags. This is a gorgeous shirt, but with the stains it could be part of a Halloween costume.
