ABOUT ITEM: patterned summer dress in black and white. waist is elastic. straps are adjustable. fabric is thin. unlined. FLAWS: there was a ~1 inch rip on right side that has been mended - see photos. CONDITION: great. MATERIAL: tag has been cut out.
