PLT NWT please see photos. I cut the cuffs off because I didn’t like the look unfortunately at the time I was skinnier than what I am now. 😤 now it doesn’t fit. But it’s still a pretty dress. You can wear it like that (since I seen it’s a style) or sow to be regular cuffs.
