Category 3 filter POLARIZED CR-39 scratch/impact-resistant lenses. Style #: OV5234. Size Eye/Temple/Bridge: 53-21-145. With original case (broken but usable). Fair to good condition with tiny scratches on lenses & frame. Not obvious with naked eye- only when using flash. I’ve never been bothered by it.
