ON HOLD 1970's French Design Beaded Gown

NO LONGER FOR SALE/ON HOLD WHILE I SEARCH FURTHER Vintage 1970’s French beaded black evening gown. Embroidered tag is hard to read, En, Er, Eu, not sure (see photo) Francais. Designer name? Possibly _mmey or Mmey. Waltzer. Can't find anything on internet search using any of these spellings. But dress is very well made and has obviously held up over the years, so can’t be a knock off of some designer. Dress is fully lined, front button closure. Top button is missing but has snap closure and inside buttons. Fabric and beading are in like-new condition. While stated size is 4, vintage sizes run smaller than today, so: Bust -- 34"; Mid-drift -- 32". Would appreciate and one who can give me authoritative information. Thank-you.🙂
