🌺🌸☀️ON tropical Hawaiian floral print midi dress w/ lined skirt!

This is such high quality for Old Navy! The fabric has some bounciness and stretch to it, and the skirt portion is fully lined! Light ruffle detail around neckline, and at the bottom. The chest area sits a little weird on me when I move around but I am very flat chested - I think this will sit better on someone with an actual chest lol. Length: about 42” Pit to pit: 12” as is on hanger but stretches to around 19” top is shirred I believe is the word? Waist: laid flat about 12.5” but stretches to like 20” maybe even more Great for vacation weddings garden parties or tea time!
