eliselovesmrd @cjoyr - 1) is this a touch screen, 2) what type of control do I have for alerts...can I choose to vibrate OR have on silent when I am at work 3) If I am not able to look down at the alert, can I scroll or look and find at it later?

cjoyr @eliselovesmrd hello, yes I do have a black one available to be shipped out today! It is touch screen and through the app you can decide whether you want a vibration or not and with which alerts (calls, texts, Facebook, Instagram). However, the watch is not advanced enough to retain all the notifications. Once you open the notification on your phone, it will disappear from the watch.

themissykaye It seems that I am missing a part to charge the watch. The usb part of the watch looks like it’s missing something and I cant charge it. It’s possible that something fell off the watch to charge it. I am on bed rest recovering from leg surgery a week ago. Can you help me with this ?

cjoyr @themissykaye hello! I’m sorry to hear you had to have surgery but I’m glad you are recovering! Two things you can try to see if the watch is really broken. First is by making sure you take off the correct side of the hand which is the side opposite from the button. The second thing you can do is flipping it upside down when plugging it into a USB. Try both sides and let me know how it goes. :)

cjoyr @greeneyegirl512 well, this is only a fitness tracker that works similar to a Fitbit. It is rechargeable with a USB and is touch screen. It monitors your steps, heart rate, blood pressure, and you can get some notifications from your phone to the watch such as texts.
