O'NEILL Sz Small Strapless Silky Tunic Shirt NEW

This strapless shirt is size small and made by O'Neill. It is made with 100% soft, silky polyester and machine washable. It is fully lined, has a hidden zipper up the back and ties in the back. It measures 15" across at the bust, the waist measures 13" across, the opening on the bottom measures 19" across and is 23" in length. It is new with the tags still on it, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very cute shirt. (Could also be worn as a mini dress.)
