shopameliamay If you have a small waist and normally wear a size small or medium in bodysuits or shirts in general than a size medium would work just fine. These bodysuits are really stretchy so the medium should accommodate 36d just fine as well. There is not a huge difference in cup size between the M and L. The main difference is in the waist measurement. M is 26” and a L is 30” waist. Hope this helps! 💕
