saidmara @danielareal they go by your height and weight, for example if your height is under 5'6 and your weight is between 151 to 170 lbs then you're a size L If your height is over 5'6 and your weight is between 171 to 190 lbs then you're a size L "These measurements are estimating you have a 33.5-35.4" Contour 29.5-31.5" Waist, and 41.3-43.3" Hip"

danielareal @saidmara Thx 4 replying. My height is 5'2 and weight is 150lbs. My Columbian waist trainer that I'm using now is a size 34 and has 3 hooks. But it's wearing out already cause I wear it to wrkout.

saidmara @danielareal you're almost a Medium size, but you're currently on a Size Large...I feel these ones run small 'cause they're tight. These ones are made in Bogota Colombia, but their sizes don't go by numbers, they go by number sizes.. I can measure the waist trainer laid flat for you so you can compare with yours

saidmara @danielareal looks like but if you lose one pound you will be on the M size average, but like a said these are tight so I would recommend go a size up... so stay on a Size Large. (I own one of these and large is perfect for me, my height is 5'0 and my weight is 155, and I'm on the 1st hooks, 2 more to go).. would you be able to measure yours to compare? That will help you to see the difference between them

I used to have several of them and I only have 1 left which is size MEDIUM. please check the sizing chart. Also, the one I'm measuring in the picture is size LARGE, so medium would probably be a little bit shorter. let me know before 420pm e/t so I can have time to ship it today.. thank you

saidmara @smiley_posher sorry I forgot that on this ones I didn't add a sizing chart, I used to sell other ones that I did. anyways, here's what the brand suggested about the sizing "These measurements are estimating you have a 31.5-33.5" Contour, 27.6-29.5" Waist, and 39.4-41.3" Hip." Also, MEDIUM size goes with weight and height. if your weight is between 131 to 150 pounds and your height is under 5'6. or if your weight 151 to 170 pounds and your height is over 5'6 Medium is the perfect size for you!
