O’Neil dress floral size small summer strapless

Looking for the perfect dress to wear in the summer time by the pool or out on the town?? This dress is truly beautiful with floral patterns. It’s a little wrinkled from sitting so long. It’s a strapless dress with a draw string in the middle for different sizes. It is multi layered for texture and volume. I no longer fit in this dress unfortunately.
