O’Neill Penny Dress

This beautiful floral dress has so much detail. The sleeves are open with a button on the elbow making then super flowy. The open back is secured at the top of the neck with two buttons and then has a tie that can be adjusted to make the dress loose or tight. It is a light material with a slip under the bodice area.
