19 inches wide 14 inches tall Strap is adjustable/ cotton Been stored in a tote in my closet. Has some wear but still has a lot of life in it. From the 90s purchased in a FL surf shop. Has been washed once before I stored it. See photos for wear. Has outside zip pocket. Main closure is a zipper has inside pocket and small pocket for a small item.
